The cost for the services of MEDS is centered on the mapping services portion of our program. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are the only web based program that also incorporates mapping of your mineral locations onto a geographic map, so that the user will have a visual of where their interests lay in proportion to a map.
The cost is $15.00 per tract. A tract is not a mineral lease; a tract is considered to be the parcel of land the minerals are on. For example, if you have mineral interests in 50 acres of the NE ¼ of a section; that 50 acres is 1 tract and would cost $15.00 for us to map. (Regardless of how many wells or leases you have on that parcel of land).
The $15.00 per tract is a onetime fee for the mapping service and data retrieval from the state. After we map each location, we contact the state and pull in all current and past production reports and any pertinent data reported pertaining to each of the wells and leases on a mapped parcel. All of which can be generated into a report for the user.
After all of the locations are mapped in, it is then a flat fee of $20.00 per month for the use of the program, which can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.
$250.00 per additional logon and password assigned.
This would be utilized in the event that the user wants multiple login IDs and passwords. Often seen with large companies and numerous people working on the same projects at once.
$15.00 per parcel.
We do offer just mapping services, which will remain at the cost listed above. The mapped parcels can then be placed on a map of most any size for the customer or put onto CD format. We have wall maps, desk maps, property booklets etc. This can be customized per the customer's specifications.
$40.00 per hour or $2.50 per pay stub.
In the event that you would like for us to do the data entry portion of the checkstub tracker, we can do this. The above fee applies, and also can be customized for the customer.
